Brawner Northcutt leads Grass Guys of Middle TN with a simple goal: to provide dependable, high-quality lawn care and landscaping while making the entire experience easy and stress-free for every customer.
As the company continues to grow, Brawner remains actively involved in its operations, customer relationships, and long-term direction. He believes great service starts with clear communication, attention to detail, and doing what you say you are going to do.
Brawner is also a student at the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss), where he continues to develop the business and leadership skills he applies every day at Grass Guys. Building and operating the company while in college has given him hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, customer service, team development, and the day-to-day realities of growing a service business.
His focus remains on building a hardworking team, creating lasting relationships with customers, and ensuring that every property Grass Guys serves receives consistent, professional care.
Wayne Wells serves as Chief Operating Officer of Grass Guys of Middle TN, overseeing the company's day-to-day operations and helping ensure that every customer receives dependable, professional service.
He works closely with the Grass Guys team on scheduling, customer relationships, quality control, and operational improvement. Wayne is also a student at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where he studies Business Management with a focus in Entrepreneurship and a collateral in Sales. His education, combined with hands-on experience operating a growing service business, has given him a strong foundation in leadership, operations, sales, and entrepreneurship.
Wayne takes pride in leading by example, maintaining high standards, and helping build a team that customers can count on to care for their properties.
